Meet
Hi, I'm Rohan — a born-and-bred Brisbane local, with a few years in Sydney and London along the way. I know this city inside out, and I bring a straight-talking, local approach to everything I do.
What sets me apart is that I've worked on the other side of the transaction. I'm a QBCC registered builder, a registered valuer with the Queensland Valuers Registration Board, a member of the Australian Property Institute, and a licensed real estate agent. When I look at a property, I understand how it was built, what it's actually worth, and what it costs to get it there.
I've also developed and financed my own projects over the years. So when I show you a property or prepare a valuation, it's not theory — it's something I've done myself, with my own money on the line.
At the end of the day, I want to give people honest, practical advice — the kind I'd want if I were in their shoes.
